  I wish I could give zero stars to this business. Here is my experience today with this taxi owner - and yes I can back up my claims because the phone call was recorded. I phoned this Taxi owner today requesting a Taxi for my elderly grandfather who is in his late 80's. My grandfather was at the hospital and needed to get home. He lives just shy of 1km away from the hospital, which isn't a great distance but there was snow, ice and -8C weather. I told the taxi owner that my grandfather was to be picked up from the local hospital and taken home, and provided the address. The taxi owner then proceeded to say "That's to short of a distance, can't he just walk" I informed the taxi driver that no, he couldn't walk, he was elderly and it was far to cold outside. The taxi driver then said "No, sorry, I have better things to do, its not far enough" and then proceeded to hang up on me. This taxi owner has no respect for his community and the elders in the community, he clearly only cares about the distance of the drive in order to make money. Unfortunately this owner is the only taxi driver in this community, otherwise I would recommend never using this company. But that isn't an option, so instead I would recommend that any person who has a poor experience with this very bad business owner should contact the City Offices and make a complaint as I have done.
